Many dancers will never use dumbbells, barbells or machinery to hone their bodies because it bulks them up and limits their movement. Yet, they have great physiques and body control that many of us can only wish for, not to mention their six-pack abs and tight butt. They achieve this by using their own body weight to apply muscle resistance though the execution of each movement (compressions, oppositions, resistance, extensions, etc.)"
